Things change
people get older and fatter. Some grow weary some grow grumpy.
Some just disappear to the Single Stack Ranch and just
appreciate what it has to offer for their soul.
From the
beginning the campsite has been a evolving process that I think
will never end.

The Cabin and
Campsite area in the beginning was pretty overgrown and out of

July 4, 2011 Another piece of the ranch puzzle fell into place
with the completion of the concrete floor for the "RANGE HOUSE"
(Carport/Storage) We had a great time also with Randy, Careen,
Larry, Jon and Jordon. A little concrete pouring, some
hunting, and a little adult beverage consumption. |

August 8, 2011 Another trip another
set of chores and jobs completed. Tom and Walt attacked
the storage shed and inside the cabin. Everything was
moved out of the cabin organized and put in storage. New
shelves and the old bunk beds wood frame now used for shelving.
Another concrete slab poured for a propane tank, new propane
refrigerator set up. Walt also put up new rafters inside the
cabin with the donated 2X12X10's from Randy. A little over kill
but by God they will not fall down. |
